We are just a little over halfway through Mental Health Awareness Month, and with the world reopening, a lot of people are feeling the anxiety associated with the unknown. While still in the midst of a pandemic—which most of us have never experienced before—is everything just supposed to go “back to normal”? If not, where do we begin?
Like with anything else, the first step to creating a plan is identifying a goal, which is usually based on some type of problem or motivation. We’ve experienced a year plus of uncertainty, fear and grief and now the time is coming for us to pick up the pieces and rebuild.
